DAY 1

Alrighty, so today was my first actual day of P90X and it was X-tremely difficult! Today was the chest and back exercise which consisted of A LOT of pushups and pull ups... in fact, thats basically all it was. By the end of it, I literally could not even lift myself up from doing ONE push up. Hopefully ill be able to do more tomorrow.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning but it was probably around the same as yesterday.
for BREAKFAST I had a protein shake after my workout.
LUNCH: I had a protein bar with 19g of protein, 2g of sugar and 0g of trans fat.
SNACK: I had a blueberry greek yogurt.
DINNER: My cousin had his graduation party today so they had a lot of food. I had some prime rib, potato salad, cornbread dressing and green beans. Probably not the healthiest idea but I did watch my portions. And I just ate an 80 cal yogurt.

Tomorrow might be tough because for mother's day im going out to breakfast with my dad's side of the family and then lunch with my mom's side... I guess we'll see tomorrow how that goes.
